SOFT CHUCK JAWS

The AIXON® patented design lathe chuck jaws (EU Registered Community Design No 006648226-0001) are developed to reduce the problems of chip evacuation from chuck jaws resulting defective parts. These are the so-called soft type jaws, which can be processed according to the part to be attached.

The positive effects of AIXON® jaws are especially noticeable with CNC-turning automation and/or robotisation, where chip removal is critical. In addition, the special design of the jaws allows better access with the live tools and reduces the effect of centrifugal force on the jaws pressure. AIXON® jaws are 45% wider and 13% higher than standard jaws for the safer holding of workpiece.

The development and protection of this product has been supported by Enterprise Estonia from the European Regional Development Fund.

COMPATIBILITY
